Northwestern Athletics honors the contributions of local teachers at athletic events throughout the year. Recognized teachers also receive a prize pack, including contributions from our corporate partners, the Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts, Henry Crown Sports Pavilion, and more. Complete this form to nominate a deserving local teacher for recognition at a Northwestern Athletic's event. Please include your contact information (the nominator) as well as the requested information for your nominee.
We look to nominate teachers for a variety of successes in their classrooms and educational communities. Possible examples of nomination material can include, but are not limited to, excellence in teaching, mentorship of students, mentorship of fellow teachers, moral in the classroom, etc.
